Terms of Service

Last updated: May 7, 2026

By using PickPilot (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service does

PickPilot is an AI assistant that suggests products available on Amazon based on a conversation with you. The assistant’s output is generated by a third-party large language model and may be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. Always verify price, availability, specifications, and seller details on Amazon before purchasing.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PickPilot. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Acceptable use

Affiliate links

Links to Amazon products may include an Amazon Associates affiliate tag. When that’s active, PickPilot may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. See our Privacy Policy for more.

No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. The product recommendations are suggestions, not professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PickPilot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed twenty US dollars (US$20).

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (e.g. DeepSeek, RainforestAPI, Brave Search, Amazon). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or terms of those services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you are violating these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
